Duty Manager - Land Side

Purpose/Objective

Adani Airport Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager for Landside and MLCP operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the aviation industry and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe functioning of landside operations and multi-level car parking (MLCP) facilities. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering a world-class experience for all airport users.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage landside operations and MLCP facilities to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all airport users. - Oversee traffic management, including vehicle flow, parking allocation, and ground transportation services. - Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to safeguard airport users and infrastructure. - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize landside and MLCP performance and capacity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall airport experience and address any operational challenges. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to landside and MLCP operations. - Supervise and mentor a diverse team of landside and MLCP personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Act as a point of contact for landside and MLCP-related matters, liaising with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and airport users as necessary. - Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance landside and MLCP operations.

Technical Competencies

Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive operational improvements,Comprehensive understanding of landside operations, traffic management, and MLCP systems,Digital Dexterity,Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration,Knowledge of safety and security protocols relevant to landside and MLCP operations,Proficiency in utilizing airport management software and parking facility management systems

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred). Experience : - 8-10 years of experience in landside and MLCP operations within the aviation industry. - Demonstrated track record of successful team management and operational excellence. - Proven experience in overseeing landside services, traffic management, and MLCP operations.
