Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure efficient guest service and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by responding to guest complaints and concerns.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Implement effective strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
