Ten 11 Hospitality is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure excellent service delivery at our Inej Digital Lounge, Vadodara.

Position Details

• Role: Duty Manager
• Experience: 4–7 Years
• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Industry: Hospitality | Lounge | F&B Operations
• Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete lounge operations during assigned duty
• Ensure smooth guest service and high satisfaction levels
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Supervise F&B, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and back-office teams
• Prepare daily duty reports and update the Lounge Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as Duty Manager / Assistant Manager in lounge, hotel, or restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Guest-oriented mindset with operational discipline
• Ability to manage teams and work in shifts

Job Location:-

Vadodara – Inej Digital Lounge (Railway Station)

Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: Best in Industry + Sales Incentive+ Meals
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
