Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Pushkar. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth coordination among various departments. Responsibilities include managing guest services, supervising staff, handling customer complaints and feedback, ensuring high standards of hospitality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for implementing and improving operational procedures.
