Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our domestic sales operations in the Stone. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with expertise in the construction materials sector, particularly stone, tiles, and flooring. This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory to foster relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, and dealer networks in the construction industry.
  • Market Development

    Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding the companys presence across the territory.
  • Client Database Management:

    Maintain an up-to-date and detailed database of clients, categorized according to company standards and SOPs.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct regular market research and analysis to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Skills & Expertise:
  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience in sales management, with a preference for candidates from the stone, tile, flooring, or building materials industries.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue within the stone or construction material sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, including builders, contractors, and dealer networks.
  • Personal Traits: Energetic, confident, and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
