Domestic Sales Manager

As an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager in the Stone & Ceramic industry, your role will involve overseeing domestic sales operations. You should possess a strong background in sales management, particularly in the construction materials sector, focusing on stone, tiles, and flooring. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required to nurture relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Your strategic sales initiatives will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. - Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, and dealer networks in the construction industry. - Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's presence across the territory. - Maintain an up-to-date client database categorized according to company standards and SOPs. - Conduct regular market research and analysis to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications Required: - BBA/MBA (Marketing) - 4-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the stone, tile, flooring, or building materials industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the stone or construction material sector. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively engage and build relationships with clients. - Familiarity with the construction industry, including builders, contractors, and dealer networks. - Personal traits: Energetic, confident, self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
