Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the Medical Devices & Equipment industry, your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions and addressing customer complaints promptly are crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. - Schedule product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as required. - Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. - Analyse market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals. - Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets. - Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for regional sales. - Drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. - 3-4 years of proven experience in sales within the medical devices/orthopaedic industry (preferably surgical implants). - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopaedics. - Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Proficiency in the local language; fluency in English is desirable. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
