Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the company. Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project requirements. Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, production, finance) to ensure procurement needs are met. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Handle discrepancies with deliveries, invoices, or supplier performance and resolve issues promptly. Assist in developing procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role. Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory systems, and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
