Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Domestic Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales conversions, distributor management, and in-depth market knowledge. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, market visits, and active engagement with distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow domestic FMCG sales through effective field operations.
• Identify and onboard new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Drive high sales conversion rates through efficient territory management and market penetration strategies.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
• Develop and implement sales plans in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of the local/domestic market with demonstrated travel experience.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories and distributor accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with distributor networks in Tier 1, Tier 2, and rural markets.
