Domestic Sales Manager

As a Domestic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in various states in India. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients and distributors. You will also be required to conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations through regular field visits. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies, coordinating with marketing and operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage and mentor state-wise sales representatives if applicable. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in domestic B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a field-based role. Strong network and knowledge of sales operations across multiple states, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and willingness to travel extensively (15-20 days a month or as required) are essential. You should also demonstrate the ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. This is a full-time, permanent position, and proficiency in English is preferred.
