Domestic Sales Manager

As a Domestic Sales Manager in the Travel & Tourism industry based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for managing retail sales for domestic holiday tours. With 8-10 years of experience, your primary focus will be on selling domestic holidays to both Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Free Independent Travelers (FIT), while also nurturing a substantial base of repeat clientele. Your role will involve understanding and addressing customer pre-sale requirements, converting leads into sales, and consistently achieving assigned targets. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Your ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets will be crucial, along with your expertise in domestic holiday packages. A customer-centric approach, coupled with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, will be key to your success. Your responsibilities will also include generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitor products and pricing. You will be expected to leverage this knowledge to drive lead generation through various Below The Line (BTL) activities.
