The role focuses on generating leads, building strong relationships with importers/exporters, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that comply with international trade and customs regulations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Freight Forwarding services . Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. Understand clients' logistics requirements and offer appropriate import/export and clearance solutions. Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure timely and compliant service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, shipping tariffs, and freight trends. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports .
