What Is The Role
Our vision is to become the leading provider of short-term rental technology solutions in the market, and as the Distribution Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the visibility and performance of our listings across all online and offline channels. You will manage our presence on OTAs and distribution platforms, foster key account relationships, and identify new channels to fuel Silkhaus' growth.
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Proven experience managing distribution channels and OTAs, with a strong understanding of the short-term rental or hospitality industry
- A commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic channel management
- The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key OTA account managers
- Curiosity and initiative to identify and activate new, high-potential distribution channels
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee daily operations while leading special projects
- A data-driven approach to monitor performance, optimize results, and support Silkhaus' growth targets
Requirements
- Experience in distribution management, channel management, or OTA partnerships within the short-term rental, hospitality, or travel industry
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, distribution channels, and basic API connectivity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail: able to methodically control and manage multiple listings, connections, and ongoing projects
- Proactive and commercially driven: constantly seeking new channels, features, and growth opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building skills with experience managing key OTA or channel partnerships
- Comfortable working with data and performance reports to drive decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
