We have full in-house engineering and manufacturing. Our engineering capabilities span test planning, equipment selection, custom instrumentation design, PCB design, embedded software development, application software and driver software development, mechanical design, system integration, trouble shooting and deploying in customers production line. With this spectrum of engineering capabilities, we offer semiconductor testing, PCB functional testing and product testing solutions. Our manufacturing capabilities include PCB fabrication and assembly, sheet metal, CNC fabrication, bed of nail fixture manufacturing, test fixture and test interface manufacturing, custom test interface box fabrication and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Working with the management and respective organization leads to ensure 

  ERP

   driven process is followed
• Strict adherence of in-house quality tool at all applicable manufacturing flow. IQC, IPQC, OQC.
• Work with design and management to ensure tools, jigs and measurement tools are available at every quality station (IQC, IPQC, OQC) and a clear process of measuring and documenting exists.
• Manage quality related customer escalation and proactively address them. Ability to predict problems and address them before it occurs. Need to have constant monitor and metrics to give the visibility into problems
• Drive a strict supplier qualification process before on-board them to ERP. Review all approved vendors periodically to drive continuous improvement from suppliers. Standardize qualification process.
• Periodic documented audits and drive improvement actions. Actions to be followed and ensure that they are completed/implemented and followed
• Work with individual organization to drive RCA, corrective and preventive measures. Lessons learned from one organization being fanned out across organization. Should be able to deep dive and resolve issues
• Data driven quality management – Yield, scrap, rework, RMA, customer escalation, MTBF
• Recommend and elevate Anora quality organization to achieve world class quality with tools, equipment, metric and processes
• Process and QMS compliance
• Drive KPI and metrics for every sub-organization and follow them through
• Create training and mentoring programs to train the team and make Anora quality org as one of the strongest organization
• Hire and manage the strong quality organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in electronic test, measurement or robotics, automation, or semiconductor-related industries.
• Strong engineering foundation with the ability to converse fluently with technical teams and customers.
• Proven leadership skills in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing engineering and technical teams.
• Ability to grasp higher level concepts and able to drive lower-level details
