About the Role

The Director — Therapist Market Growth is responsible for expanding the CLS therapist network across India. This role drives the acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, and activation of therapists who want to build a meaningful emotional-support practice under the Certified Listeners brand and system.


You will lead the therapist growth function end-to-end — building the funnel, managing the acquisition cycle, supporting onboarding, and ensuring therapists are set up to succeed in their license territory.


This is a mission-aligned commercial role — blending purpose, growth leadership, and operational execution.


Key Responsibilities

Therapist Acquisition & Market Growth

·       Build and execute the national therapist acquisition strategy

·       Lead the funnel from lead generation to enrollment and activation

·       Drive conversion through webinars, digital outreach, events, and direct engagement

·       Manage pipeline performance and daily/weekly targets

Territory Expansion & Network Development

·       Expand therapist presence across CLS’ territory structure

·       Support rollout of local therapist-led support hubs across India

·       Identify priority cities and university regions for expansion

Onboarding & Activation

·       Coordinate smooth onboarding for new therapist partners

·       Ensure therapists complete training and launch successfully

·       Track activation timelines and remove barriers in first 30–60 days

Performance & Reporting

·       Build dashboards for funnel performance, activation, and program health

·       Deliver weekly reporting to Country Lead

·       Manage (and eventually hire/manage) regional growth associates

Community & Ecosystem Development

·       Build relationships with universities, therapist associations, and training institutes

·       Represent CLS India in mental-health and counseling forums

·       Ensure ethical, empathetic, and supportive therapist relationships


What Success Looks Like

·       Therapist enrollment targets achieved monthly

·       High therapist activation rate in first 60 days

·       Strong retention and satisfaction scores

·       Scalable playbook and acquisition process in place

·       Territory penetration across metro & key tier-2 markets

·       Positive reputation & trust in therapist community


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

·       7+ years in sales, business development, or market expansion

health-tech, ed-tech, coaching platforms, or professional service networks

·       Exposure to mental-health or wellness ecosystem is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation
