Summary:

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will be the architect of our launch plans, a critical voice for our new products and services, and a crucial driver of our commercial success. You will work closely with executive leadership, product engineering, and global sales teams to build and execute new product and services introductions and develop integrated marketing plans that establish market leadership and accelerate our growth

What You'll Do:

  • Enable and empower sales teams: Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales leaders and their teams to campaigns.

  • Develop world-class content & thought leadership: Own the content strategy for launched offerings across all digital channels, particularly our global website.

  • You will guide the creation of compelling, pragmatic content that cuts through the noise and engages key buyer personas, collaborating with internal research and industry teams to steer our thought leadership agenda.

  • Ground messaging and positioning in market research and analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new offerings. Utilize data-driven insights to inform & co-develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Establish performance metrics and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the performance of offerings and marketing initiatives.

  • Help & lead key cross-service line projects/ campaigns: Like offering launches, projects like Cognizant Client zero story etc

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 13+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in product marketing, communications, or a combination of top-tier consulting and marketing for enterprise technology platforms and services.

  • Technical fluency: A deep understanding of modern technology trends and concepts, including AI, Cloud, Security, and Data & Analytics. You have a unique ability to quickly grasp new technologies and translate their features into clear business narrative.

  • Executive presence & communication: Polished and tactful, with exceptional English communication, storytelling, and presentation credentials. You have extensive experience engaging and influencing global executive audiences and can communicate powerfully in any setting.

  • Commercial acumen: A strong business mindset with a proven track record of linking marketing activities directly to revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and other key business metrics.

  • Collaborative leadership: A "player-coach" leader with a servant leadership style and high standards for quality. You have a demonstrated history of managing initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and working seamlessly with sales, product, and engineering partners

  • Relationship management: Well-honed relationship-building skills and organizational agility. You understand how to build consensus, navigate complex organizations, and foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
