Role Overview: You will be joining EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, as a Senior Manager I in IT Delivery. Technology is a key focus at EY, with integrated technology solutions playing a vital role in client services and organizational innovation. In this role, you will lead a team of technical support staff responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools. Your role will involve managing IT vendor products, strategizing IT demands, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, evaluate, and supervise technical support staff, providing guidance, training, setting performance standards, and making compensation decisions. - Manage software releases for business units, including testing, evaluation, and selection of IT vendor products. - Collaborate with management to develop staffing and operational plans, participate in goal development, monitor service delivery metrics, and report on performance. - Implement changes to department policies and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead quality initiatives. - Present status updates, metrics, and initiatives at meetings, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and participate in budget development. - Ensure staff compliance with IT and information security policies, participate in special projects, and oversee end-to-end IT project planning and execution. - Lead the software development lifecycle, identify and mitigate project risks, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles, with expertise in software implementation and team management. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred. - Proficiency in IT project planning, SDLC methodologies, enterprise software delivery, vendor management, risk mitigation, and budget control. - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience integrating security practices into IT projects.
