Role Overview: EY is seeking a Senior Manager I, IT Delivery who will oversee and lead a team of technical support staff in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of divisional products, evaluating and selecting IT vendor products, and shaping IT demand to deliver business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew, providing guidance and training for their development - Set performance standards, review performance, and make compensation decisions in accordance with HR policies - Deliver software releases, manage testing and selection of IT vendor products, and determine project scope with business clients - Develop and implement staffing and operational plans, monitor service delivery metrics, and report on performance - Implement changes to department policies and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead quality initiatives - Present status, metrics, and initiatives at meetings, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate for successful outcomes - Participate in budget development, ensure department operates within budgetary guidelines, and lead business technology solutions strategy and execution - Ensure staff compliance with IT and information security policies, verify deliverables meet requirements, and manage vendor relationships - Oversee end-to-end IT project planning and execution, lead the SDLC, identify and mitigate risks, and manage external relationships for timely project deliverables Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proficiency in IT project planning, SDLC methodologies, enterprise software delivery, vendor management, risk mitigation, and budget control - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and integrating security practices into IT projects Additional Company Details: EY offers a competitive remuneration package, comprehensive Total Rewards package, support for flexible working, career development opportunities, coaching from engaging colleagues, skills development, and a culture that believes in providing training and creative freedom for personal and professional growth.
