Director Sales-IT Staffing & Services

Synapse Business Systems, Inc. is an IT solutions provider to the Federal Government and commercial clients, specializing in Data Management, CyberSecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in IT staffing and services across federal, state, and commercial clients.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, market research, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and prime contractors.
• Conduct regular client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure high service delivery standards.
• Work closely with the Recruiting Team to ensure timely submittals and qualified candidate delivery.
• Coordinate with the Contracts & Compliance Team for onboarding, rate negotiations
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue, margin, and client acquisition goals.
• Prepare weekly business development reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements in coordination with recruiting and delivery teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development
• Strong understanding of staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), rate structures
• Proven success in closing deals and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
