About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Director – Sales to lead and scale our IT sales division. This strategic role will focus on driving new business, expanding enterprise accounts, and positioning our IT solutions and services to C-level decision-makers across industries.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, particularly in software services, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or managed services, and is passionate about delivering technology-driven business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the sales strategy for IT services and solutions across target geographies and verticals
- Drive new business development, lead generation, and conversion through strategic selling
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders, and other key stakeholders
- Lead high-value enterprise deals, proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, presales, and product teams to develop compelling solutions and go-to-market strategies
- Own and achieve revenue targets, pipeline growth, and market expansion goals
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; provide coaching, performance management, and hiring
- Provide market intelligence, identify industry trends, and explore strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at key events, trade shows, and industry forums
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in the IT/Technology sector
- Proven success in selling IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions
- Strong client network and market understanding in regions like India, US, Europe, or APAC
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with autonomy and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Business; MBA preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consultative/solution sales across verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom
- Global exposure and experience in handling offshore/onsite delivery models
- Understanding of RFP/RFI processes and enterprise sales cycles
