Overall Responsibilities
The Acceleration Center (AC) Risk & Quality (R&Q) Director will help lead the US One Firm Risk Organization (OFRO) strategy and team across AC sites in a geographic region. Leading strategic priority R&Q projects and building relationships with key senior stakeholders to manage risk and quality in a practical manner is critical to this role. The role supports the US AC R&Q Leader in managing risk and quality at ACs. An outstanding ‘Customer Experience’, with a focus of mitigating risk and enhancing quality across the ACs is key.

Demonstrates thought leader - level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
- Reviewing and comparing R&Q policies and procedures across the business in order to develop and formulate a consistent approach;
- Partnering with other OFRO functions (e.g. R&Q, independence, internal audit, etc.), ACs and other support functions (OGC, E&C, Network Information Security, etc.) to provide comprehensive support to the business;
- Operating and collaborating effectively with diverse teams across the world and embracing the views of others to develop optimal solutions;
- Executing project management (including work plan development and management, issues tracking and status reporting) on both strategic and tactical initiatives with multiple workstreams, with ability to raise and vet complex and/or time sensitive matters;
