Job Description

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 17+ years in Workforce Planning, Resource Management, or PMO roles Qualification: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field Requirements:

Oversee end-to-end resource management, staffing, and workforce planning across a large-scale engineering and IT delivery ecosystem
Responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, and optimization of over 5,000+ resources across multiple portfolios and functions
Collaborate with Portfolio Heads, Program Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Recruitment teams to develop staffing plans aligned with organizational guidelines
Analyze current capacity and forecast future hiring and subcontracting needs
Lead end-to-end deployment, including resource mapping, scheduling interviews, feedback processing, and hiring decisions
Monitor and optimize resource utilization across verticals to ensure project and cost efficiency
Manage bench resources through strategic engagement, rotation programs, and upskilling initiatives
Maintain and publish key MIS reports on demand fulfillment, utilization, billing, bench, and pipeline
Drive functional efficiency through automation, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making tools
Act as a liaison between delivery and recruitment teams for Specialized Fulfillment Strategy (SFS) hiring
