Position Overview

Directors of Technology

Group CTO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  technology strategy and execution

  for the assigned company.
• Own the

  end-to-end product lifecycle

  : requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure

  timely execution of projects

  , meeting client and internal business expectations.
• Collaborate with the

  CTO

  and other directors to align with group-wide technology standards and frameworks.
• Build and mentor

  technical teams

  (developers, engineers, QA) within the company.
• Manage

  cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  , DevOps pipelines, and ensure scalability/security.
• Implement best practices for

  agile development, code quality, and system design

  .
• Support

  cross-company tech initiatives

  , knowledge sharing, and joint product builds.
• Represent the company in

  client discussions, government projects, and technical reviews

  as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years

  of professional experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in

  MERN/MEAN/Full Stack development

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  AWS/Cloud, DevOps, and system architecture

  .
• Proven experience in

  project delivery and team management

  .
• Ability to work independently and also coordinate at a group level.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in at least one relevant domain (healthcare, gaming, drones, edtech, enterprise SaaS, or hospitality) preferred.
