Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Technology. The Director of Technology will be responsible for overseeing the information technology strategy, program management, team leadership, and the execution of technology projects. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive technological advancements within the firm. The Director of Technology will also manage the IT team, ensure the successful implementation of IT initiatives, and contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Information Technology and IT Strategy
• Experience in Program Management and Project Management
• Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership and management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in the financial services or consulting industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
