We're looking for a Director of Technology who can drive architecture excellence, lead modernization initiatives, and help us design the next generation of intelligent digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core, Microservices, and Azure/AWS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap across backend, frontend, and data layers.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams ensure best practices in cloud-native design, DevOps, and coding standards.
• Champion cloud transformation and modernization of legacy systems to microservices and serverless architectures.
• Oversee application reliability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Drive API-first design, security assessments, and continuous improvement of platforms.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Low-Code platforms and bring innovative ideas to life.

What You Bring

• 16+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in an architectural or technology leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Azure (Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, DevOps) or AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture.
• Deep database expertise: SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL.
• Solid understanding of API design, OAuth, OpenID, JWT, and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Bonus: Exposure to Angular, React, Blazor, or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
