We are launching a stylish new chain of budget hotels across South India, with a strong focus on Tamil Nadu. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Director of Sales & Marketing* to spearhead our brand’s growth and drive revenue across all properties.

### * Position: Director – Sales & Marketing*

*Location:* Tamil Nadu (Head Office – Coimbatore)**

*Experience:* 10–15 years in Sales & Marketing (Hospitality Industry Preferred)**

### * Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for all hotel properties.

* Build strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, OTAs, and key accounts.

* Lead brand-building initiatives to position our chain as a preferred budget hotel brand.

* Drive room sales through corporate tie-ups, digital marketing, and channel optimization.

* Oversee revenue management, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

* Guide and train sales teams across multiple locations.

* Monitor competition and identify new business opportunities.

* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.

### * Candidate Profile*

* Proven experience in hotel sales & marketing at senior leadership level.

* Strong network with corporates, MICE segments, and travel partners.

* Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

* Ability to lead teams and drive performance across multiple locations.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development & revenue management.

* Result-oriented with a strategic mindset.
