Job Description

Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities, aligning with the organisations strategic goals.
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans, including budget management and revenue targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing action plans to secure new business.
Coordinate sales operations with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director - E Commerce, Marketing and Communications to enhance the organisations community relations and media presence.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and marketing team, ensuring their professional development and high performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the department.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by the Management, contributing to the overall success of Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.
