Director of Projects


Role Overview As the Director –

Projects lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that span across technology, business, and operations. The mandate is to translate business vision into executable delivery roadmaps, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, and drive programs that create measurable business impact and long-term value.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

· Lead enterprise-wide programs across technology, digital transformation, and business operations.

· Translate executive vision into robust execution plans with clear milestones, governance, and success metrics.

· Ensure delivery excellence, speed, and alignment to organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner closely with HR, recruitment, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure organizational readiness and program acceleration.

· Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across global teams and client ecosystems.

· Champion structured delivery models and high-performance execution culture.

AI & Innovation Leadership

· Spearhead the organization’s AI-first transformation strategy.

· Embed AI into platforms, business workflows, delivery processes, and client solutions.

· Foster AI adoption and innovation across engineering, product, and business functions.

Operational Excellence & Delivery Governance

· Establish and manage robust PMO practices, delivery standards, and performance frameworks.

· Optimize processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation for efficiency and scalability.

· Lead risk management, reporting cadence, and compliance for delivery functions.

Customer-Centric Execution

· Align delivery outcomes with customer needs and business goals.

· Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and customer success KPIs.

· Build long-term trusted relationships with strategic partners and clients.

· Proven ability to operate with agility, speed, and structured execution discipline.
