Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India. The Director of Performance Marketing will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing paid search, social media advertising, SEO initiatives, and data analysis to drive business growth. Additionally, the role involves managing a team, collaborating with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals, and conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify and analyze trends and opportunities.
Proven skills in Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Management to develop and execute impactful strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube is highly desirable.
Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and understanding of AI-powered technologies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing/analytics are a plus.
