Position Overview:

MTS Moose Tech Solutions L.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced Director of IT to lead our enterprise technology operations in Oceanside, California. This is a full-time onsite position for an IT leader capable of building, scaling, and managing complex IT systems across multiple business units.

We are open to international candidates and H1B sponsorship applicants, including those looking for H1B transfer, H1B visa renewal, or relocation to the United States. The ideal candidate is a senior IT manager or infrastructure director with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all IT operations, infrastructure, and systems administration functions across the organization.
• Develop and execute company-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Manage data centers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement cybersecurity frameworks, IT compliance, and data governance policies.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and business systems integration and maintenance.
• Direct IT support operations, ensuring uptime and technical reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology budgets.
• Lead enterprise migration projects and cloud transformations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology solutions with business growth.
• Oversee disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity systems.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 10+ years of professional IT experience, with 5+ years in IT management, Director, or IT Operations leadership roles.
• Expertise in network infrastructure, IT operations, system administration, and cloud management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong background in cybersecurity, enterprise software deployment, and technology governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage teams across multiple functions.
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps practices, and technology modernization.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, AWS/Azure Architect, CompTIA Security+.
• Prior experience working in enterprise-level environments or managed service providers (MSP).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), automation (PowerShell, Ansible), and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow).
