Job Description

As the Director of Human Resources at our property, you will play a crucial role in contributing a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management, and development for property employees. - Utilizing technology efficiently and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives. - Working with considerable independence, developing processes aligned with broader business objectives. - Utilizing a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success. Your qualifications for this role include: - A 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years of experience in human resources or related professional area. - OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in human resources or related professional area. Key responsibilities of this role involve: - Executing and following up on engagement survey related activities. - Championing talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy. - Translating business priorities into property Human Resources strategies, plans, and actions. - Leading succession planning activities and workforce planning. - Serving as a key change manager for high-impact employee initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Managing the staffing and recruitment process, analyzing open positions, and developing a staffing strategy. - Leading the planning of hourly employee total compensation strategy and implementing total compensation management packages. - Ensuring property Human Resources staff is properly trained in all employee-related human resource information.
