About the Role

Director - Food & Beverage

responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and execution of all F&B operations for the Hotel's Premium and High End F&B Offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division for the Hotel's Premium and High End F&B Offerings, including multiple Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, and In-Room Dining Services.

• Develop innovative F&B concepts and elevate the culinary offerings in line with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Drive revenue through strategic promotions, menu engineering, pricing, and efficient cost management.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team.
• Implement and monitor departmental SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Culinary team on menu design and culinary innovation.
• Build strong relationships with guests, regularly engaging to understand preferences and feedback.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B Operation.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing for F&B promotions, events, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification:

  Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed institute (IHM preferred).

Experience:

• 15 years

  of experience in

  Luxury Hotel F&B Operations.

• Currently holding the position of

  Director F&B in a high F&B turnover Luxury/Deluxe Hotel.

• Exposure to high-volume Banquet/Events Operations and Specialty Dining Concepts.

• Leadership:

  Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver on service excellence.
• Resourceful, creative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
