Background Pramod Lands End Resort, a member of Radisson Individuals , is a 100-key, sea-front leisure resort located in the picturesque town of Gopalpur, Odisha. Celebrated for its culinary reputation and scenic event venues, the resort is a leading destination for weekend getaways, signature dining, and grand weddings. With six categories of rooms, multiple dining outlets, and dedicated venues for both indoor and outdoor events, the F&B department plays a pivotal role in both guest experience and overall revenue. We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Director of Food & Beverage to lead the service and culinary teams, enhance the product offering, improve operational efficiency, and drive F&B revenue with a focus on weddings, MICE, and leisure dining. Key Result Areas Deliver consistent, high-quality service across all F&B outlets, ensuring memorable dining and event experiences. Work closely with guests, event organizers, and corporate clients to customize offerings and ensure satisfaction for weddings, MICE events, and celebrations. Streamline F&B operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery across restaurants, bars, and banquets. Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to ensure smooth execution of large-scale weddings and conferences. Recruit, train, and motivate F&B team members to maintain high service standards and encourage career progression. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and guest-centric innovation within the department. Drive F&B revenue through upselling, themed promotions, and high-margin offerings aligned with market demand. Monitor and control departmental costs, including food cost, beverage cost, payroll, and wastage to maintain profitability.
