Company Description

Pramod Hotels & Resorts currently operates 4 hotels - 3 owned and 1 franchised (Radisson Hotel Group) in Odisha. We have a presence in Cuttack, Puri, and Gopalpur with a corporate office in Bhubaneswar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Executive located at the Project Site, Bhubaneswar. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The Billing Executive will also be tasked with analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and communicating with clients and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the billing process and generating invoices
• Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal departments
• Familiarity with finance processes and financial transactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office applications
• Relevant degree or certification in finance, accounting, or a related field

Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of Billing Executive experience, preferably in a Project Site.
