Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience to lead our Food and Beverage team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality food service operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary programs to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to improve performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food preparation areas.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale food service operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales trends and develop strategies to increase revenue.
