Director of Client Services

As an experienced professional in the events industry, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients and acquiring new clients. You will collaborate with clients to ideate on how events can be best designed to meet their objectives. Your role will involve managing project budgets from inception to completion and serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event management process. Your duties will also include overseeing operational and administrative functions to ensure the efficient delivery of specific projects. Upholding excellent customer service standards and ensuring high-quality delivery will be crucial aspects of your job. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 12 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry. A strong understanding of the market and a proven track record in a relevant role are essential. Additionally, a degree in Graduation/Post-graduation will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, and a team player. You should be enthusiastic about expanding the company's sales, client base, and territories.
