Job Description

  • Ensure flawless execution of all campaigns/projects, from presentation to final delivery, while adhering to defined processes.
  • Regularly share learnings, market intelligence, and industry news that may impact the brand.
  • Drive product and brand differentiation vis-à-vis competitors, both at brand and agency level.
  • Manage financial aspects including unapproved estimates, approved estimates, invoicing, and outstanding payments.
  • Act as a role model for conduct and culture, embodying the agency’s values and driving them across all levels of the team.
  • Collaborate with Planning to initiate key projects and contribute strategic inputs for workshops, brand refreshes, and communication revamps.
  • Guide the creation of sharp, actionable briefs and oversee those developed by the team.
  • Conduct primary research and market visits to ensure on-ground insights are incorporated into strategy.
  • Ensure all presentations, large or small, are meticulously prepared and enriched with valuable contributions.
  • Drive business growth discussions internally and identify potential opportunities for agency expansion.
  • Focus on continuous skill development, upskilling, and capability building for self and team.
  • Foster a culture of proactive thinking, ideation, and innovation.
  • Actively lead new business pitches and revenue management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they perceive you as dependable, attentive, knowledgeable, and persuasive in driving creative excellence.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with strong ability to sell creative ideas confidently.

Special Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions.
  • Strong client-servicing orientation with proven relationship management skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects successfully within tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
  • Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline.
