Role Description :

This full-time on-site role of Client Services Lead is based in Gurugram. The candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional service to clients by managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising a highly collaborative team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing client needs, resolving issues, and leading team efforts to achieve client goals effectively. You will contribute to advancing the overall service and strategy within the company to ensure continued growth.

Requirement to Qualify :

• Must have worked for at least 7+ years in a digital agency environment as a lead managing multiple clients
• Must have experience in managing international clients
• Must have hands on skill in creating project trackers with deliverable vs deadlines
• must have hands on experience on making power point presentations on strategies, reviews and team briefings.
• Added knowledge of using AI enabled platforms is a plus
• Proven expertise in Client Services and Customer Service, with a strong understanding of managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs, assess service effectiveness, and implement solutions for improvement
• Excellent Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing team toward achieving objectives
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to train and motivate teams as well as derive KRAs for better performances
