Director of Client Services

Ensures smooth campaign production, from briefing designers and copywriters to

managing budgets.

Manages client relationships as the senior contact, coordinates resources for projects,

builds strategic plans, and balances client expectations with creative execution.

Plans campaigns and develops business accounts both creatively and financially,

contributing positively to agency pitches when needed.

• Managing a team to provide excellent client service

• Liaising with clients at a senior level daily

• Expanding business with existing clients

• Completing projects on time and within budget

• Pushing clients and the agency creatively and strategically

Skills required:

• Extensive experience in client relationship management

• Background in advertising, design, or marketing

• Senior-level planning and strategizing skills

• Persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Effective team management

• Attention to detail and budget constraints

• Full awareness of creative processes and digital platforms

This onsite role involves meetings, briefings, and close contact with key clients. Occasional

travel is required for client visits, new business presentations, and planning. Standard office

hours are typical, but deadlines and client demands may require early or late work to ensure

success.
