Key Responsibilities Strengthen existing client relationships while actively driving new business opportunities Conceptualize innovative event solutions tailored to client briefs and strategic objectives Manage project budgets from planning through execution Oversee profit and loss performance across all projects Handle day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution Recruit, lead, and mentor a team within the client servicing function Profile Requirements Minimum of 18 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry Extensive market knowledge and a strong track record in a similar leadership role Preferred Skills A results-driven, well-organized team leader Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on client acquisition and market expansion Skilled in creating compelling presentations and delivering them to senior-level stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
