Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development located in Pune. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Account Management
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Experience in the AI, IoT, or Industry 5.0 sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
