Director, Business Development & Institutional Alliances Summary: The Role Advanced Super Speciality Hospital is undergoing a major growth phase and is seeking a highly committed and strategic Director to secure our long-term institutional future. This pivotal role requires a seasoned leader to drive high-value, multi-year corporate tie-ups, manage critical institutional alliances, and spearhead our expansion into global markets, specifically leading our Medical Tourism and international strategic partnership initiatives. What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities) 1. Strategic Partnership & Revenue Commitment • Develop and execute multi-year strategies to achieve sustained, significant institutional revenue growth (Target: 30%+ YOY from corporate and institutional accounts). • Own the entire lifecycle of high-value alliances, acting as the lead negotiator and primary relationship manager for domestic insurance carriers, corporations, and international healthcare systems. • Global Expansion Focus: Identify and secure international strategic partnerships and aggressively build out the hospital's Medical Tourism program to increase patient flow from key global regions. 2. Corporate Liaison & Oversight • Serve as the chief liaison, ensuring flawless contract implementation, regulatory compliance, and governance across all institutional agreements. • Work cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Finance teams to create bespoke service packages that meet complex corporate client needs. 3. Leadership & Impact • Define and track critical KPIs related to partnership value, patient retention, and net patient contribution from all institutional and global channels. • Mentor and lead future Business Development executives as the function scales. Qualifications We Require • Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Business Development/Institutional Alliances, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role. • Industry Expertise: Mandatory proven success in securing major B2B contracts within the Healthcare, Hospital, or Pharma sector. • Global Acumen: Demonstrated experience in international business development, managing cross-cultural partnerships, and/or executing Medical Tourism programs. • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
