Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a New Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing business plans, managing sales processes, and nurturing client accounts. The candidate will work closely with institutional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored education consultancy services. Responsibilities also include networking with potential clients, presenting Vita Nova Educators' offerings, and contributing to the company's growth and success. Kindly note that the existing focus region is Gurugram . We will eventually expand to other NCR regions and other states soon. It is MANDATORY that the candidate has experience of business development and opening business at Schools and /or Universities in Gurugram. Qualifications Skills in New Business Development and Business Development 10 -12 Years of Experience in Sales and Business Development in educational institutions in Gurugram region Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Understanding of the education sector and study abroad market is essential MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
