Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Psychometric Testing Specialist. The Psychometric Testing Specialist will be responsible for conducting psychometric tests, developing test cases, analyzing test results, and providing detailed feedback and recommendations based on the assessments. The specialist will also ensure the accuracy and integrity of the tests and support students and institutions with pertinent psychometric insights. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret psychometric data Experience in Testing and developing Test Cases Proficiency in Software Testing Excellent Communication skills to convey test results and recommendations effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus Experience in the education consultancy industry is advantageous Show more Show less
