Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Faculty/Trainer role located in Gurugram. The Faculty/Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering courses in Human Resources Management and Organization Behaviour. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, conducting lectures and workshops, evaluating student performance, and providing academic advising. Additional responsibilities involve conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and engaging with the broader academic community. Qualifications \n Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, Organization Behaviour, or a related field Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic research Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor and guide students Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skilled in Psychometrics Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology Experience in international education or consultancy is a plus Show more Show less
