About The Role As Director of Business Development, you will: Lead the commercial strategy and sales performance for executive education at GBSH. Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of prospective clients globally. Engage directly with high-level clients to secure long-term contracts and partnerships. Collaborate with academic and operational teams to develop innovative and market-responsive offerings. Represent GBSH internationally at key events, driving awareness and commercial opportunities. Shape the future of executive education in healthcare leadership, strategy, and innovation. This is a client-facing and target-oriented role—ideal for someone entrepreneurial, commercially astute, and comfortable engaging with C-suite professionals, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders alike. A demonstrable track record in closing executive education or professional training sales. Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Commercial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy, proposal development, and negotiation. Experience in the higher education or business school environment is highly desirable.
