Director - Global Payroll

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Payroll oversees the entire payroll function, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the alignment of payroll practices with organizational goals. Payroll Director responsibilities include auditing the entire payroll process, approving exemptions and salary changes and setting guidelines for all procedures around employee compensation. They a design short-term and long-term strategies for continuous improvement in payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute payroll strategies aligned with company objectives.

Lead and mentor the payroll management team.

Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations.

Oversee payroll processing for domestic and international locations.

Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize payroll processes.

Implement and manage payroll technologies and system integrations.

Conduct payroll audits and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present payroll reports to senior executives
