Director Global Operations

As the Global Operating Leader at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end service delivery for F&A (PTP, OTC, RTR) by acting as the main contact for GBS and business stakeholders. You will be tasked with ensuring operational excellence, facilitating transformation, providing people leadership, and driving profitability while making use of AI and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead global service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ensuring client satisfaction. - Establish governance frameworks, manage escalations, and lead steering committees effectively. - Oversee people leadership by focusing on staffing, engagement, diversity, and nurturing the leadership pipeline. - Drive financial performance metrics such as cost-to-serve, EBITDA, and overall profitability. - Incorporate AI, analytics, and digital transformation strategies into day-to-day operations. - Manage contract renewals, billing processes, scope changes, and productivity governance efficiently. - Collaborate with various teams including LDT, KM, Transition, and ERC for transformation initiatives, training programs, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree is required. - Significant experience in global BPO/outsourcing operations leadership is essential. - Expertise in F&A (RTR, PTP, OTC) and proven track record of managing multi-regional teams. - Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, digital tools, and automation is preferred. - Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management expertise are necessary for success in this role.,
