Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our Food & Beverage team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
