Position Summary
Lead and manage a team of Project leads and Managers who can work on multiple project streams for a client and apply domain knowledge for better business decision making especially in the area of Big Data (domain).Job Responsibilities
Leadership – Lead & guide the team independently or with little support to implement & deliver complex project assignments.Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.Project & Process Management –Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans.Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others' work.Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.Ideate, implement, adhere and monitor quality processes essential for delivery excellencePeople ManagementProvide leadership to help people perform at their best, through motivating and developing them to achieve high performance.Provide structure, direction and purpose to your team through effective communication/regular meetingsProvide clear guidance, instruction, advice or coaching for the job. Be accessible. Bachelor of EngineeringMaster of Technology in Information Technology or ComputerWork Experience
Required Experience:Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in sales Operations with 8 + years in Incentive Compensation domain.Technical
Must have minimum 2 years of hands on experience in one or more of these technologies: SQL, VBA, SAS, RMust have worked on at least one Incentive Compensation tools: Javelin, Varicent, Optymyze, SalesIQ, Callidus, Xactly, OthersIntermediate to Advanced expertise with MS excelFunctional
Must have lead teams on implementation of Incentive compensation solutionExperience in other sales operations functions like alignment, call planning, reporting would be a plusMust have experience of managing PnLs for the projects managedExperience in either developing new solutions or business development (pre-sales) is a definite plusDesirable Leadership Qualities
